'Like most places who have members, there is a HUGE difference in how members vs. visitors are treated. Pros- huge pool, free book exchange, Miamore was delicious both our daughters loved the poolside snacks that rotated daily, 2 pool bars, game/activity room was fun, free kids club. The towel service was FANTASTIC. Aquapark was small but fun- super limited hours. Cons- impossible to get a dinner reservation. We tried EVERY day and the earliest they had was 9:30 pm. We could only make them day...

'Staff is very friendly and nice. We paid for an upgrade of our room and had partial view of the resort and ocean. The room after renovations is so much nicer. Food was okay, I was a bit disappointed as the sushi bar from when I visited years ago is not operating until 3am as before. But overall it was okay. '

'Excellent stay at the Marriott all inclusive. High standards, staff is very helpful and very nice at all times. Very clean and well maintained. We booked a room with resort view, but we could still see the ocean. Love the adult only side for quiet times, while enjoying the pool activities on the family side.'

The room has no reachable electric outlets, bathroom has bathtub but sealed and not usable, no water coming out of the faucet waste of space! Dining buffet is not good as far as utensils, glasses, soup spoons, running out and not replaced. short staff, food not replaced right away, people tend to wait. ice cream is "melt scream" not ice cream, cones are stale and...
