'I came to Cancun to finish the dental work I had started in March of 2026. I stayed at one place that was nothing like the pictures and was extremely disappointed. My stay had to be extended and I found another location for the additional 5 nights. It was very nice but very expensive as it was a last minute reservation. This time for my dental follow-up, I had more time to research and I loved the look and reviews of TAKH308. Boy was I NOT disappointed this time. The unit is clean, bright...

'Heerlijke rustige plek tussen alle drukte'

'Breakfast was excellent!'

'I'

'The Cuisine was excellent, the staff was amazing & always friendly, the rooms were fantastic with marble bathrooms & marble showers, the maid staff was totally top shelf professionals, and for the Ferrara Family, there is no better resort in Mexico. Kempinski is the clear winner as best Cancun resort. Joel, Ronald, Javier, Reynoldo, at the poolside service & Cassitta Restaurant were terrific, these guys are just hell bent on making you wanna keep coming back to Kempinski, the young man & young...

'Mooie hotel, goede voorzieningen, heerlijk eten en drinken (en all inclusive). Kortom, de moeite waard.'

'They need to build restrooms closer to the pool bar area, they are too far for drinkers. 436 steps away'

'Belle chambre très confortable Personnel très bien'

'It’s going to be very hard to beat this resort. Staff, food, beach room and drinks were 10/10'

'Top location and top staff'

'Gezellige sfeer, tikkie harde muziek in lobby en kookgeur in kamer.

'- Rooftop has no umbrellas or anything, just a couple of sunbeds in the hot sun. - There is no possibility to freshen up for a late flight, luckily we could check out late. - Rooms, especially the bathroom, looks outdated and is in need of an upgrade. - Check-in took extremely long for no particular reason, they couldn’t find the reservation but the booking was already paid. - breakfast is very limited, and no set tables. Pro’s: - location. Close to the going out area (but quiet in the...

'staffs are hard working on clean room everyday. full of smile to service us. beach view is good and clean the seaweed on the beach every morning'

'The buffet all inclusive the food was pretty bad breakfast okay but beyond that was very disappointed if they fix this the resort would be unbeatable'

'I was very excited to come to this resort. I was hesitant because of all the things you hear about Mexico. However, Cancun seemed affordable to me, so my family and I gave it a try. Once we got to the resort, the staff was very nice. But then, as we checked in, things went downhill a little. I had requested ocean view rooms, and then they were changed. Then they gave us vouchers to redeem, but they weren't really vouchers — they were discounts, so you could pay for even more on top of what you...
