I had an ocean front room in the center section; very nice. Had to be moved 2 times during a 4 night stay. Room was very humid but thought AC turned up. AC would not cool, stayed very humid. 'The staff make the experience. It started at drop off with the bell staff and the reception team. All are so helpful and sincerely kind. Gonazalo and his female counterpart doing all of the activities did such a great job with volleyball and other fun activities for the adults. It was so easy to stay healthy. 'My boyfriend and I had the ocean view king suite and it was huge! Super clean. Everyone was super friendly including Jose. He kept the vibes up and was truly an amazing soul! I enjoyed the food at each restaurant. 10/10 for me. We cannot wait to go back! '

'The room was clean - the staff doing a good job - but is not a kid friendly except the pool ,, there’s no activities for kids ,, except the kids club which is a small room with toys that’s it !! The food was average nothing spectacular - sometimes they close the buffet for no reason and one of restaurants as well,, I don’t know why — also the buffet one day I saw a small cockroach near the food ,, makes me thinking about the cleanliness of the kitchen ,, overall is okay '

'Marriott Cancun All-Inclusive is a beautifully fully renovated resort. The rooms are renovated with a clean modern esthetic. There are multiple all-inclusive restaurants that serve different cuisines; all delicious. The property is extremely well kept and clean throughout. The beach is outstanding and the water is warm. And the staff throughout the resort from the front desk, restaurants, bartenders and cleaning staff are truly exceptional.'
