'I came to Cancun to finish the dental work I had started in March of 2026. I stayed at one place that was nothing like the pictures and was extremely disappointed. My stay had to be extended and I found another location for the additional 5 nights. It was very nice but very expensive as it was a last minute reservation. This time for my dental follow-up, I had more time to research and I loved the look and reviews of TAKH308. Boy was I NOT disappointed this time. The unit is clean, bright...

'Heerlijke rustige plek tussen alle drukte'

'Breakfast was excellent!'

'The Cuisine was excellent, the staff was amazing & always friendly, the rooms were fantastic with marble bathrooms & marble showers, the maid staff was totally top shelf professionals, and for the Ferrara Family, there is no better resort in Mexico. Kempinski is the clear winner as best Cancun resort. Joel, Ronald, Javier, Reynoldo, at the poolside service & Cassitta Restaurant were terrific, these guys are just hell bent on making you wanna keep coming back to Kempinski, the young man & young...

'Absolutely loved my stay here. I went as a single female and I felt safe, cared for and protected. The food was incredible! The pool and beach were incredible. A quick drive from the airport. Great trip!'

'Mooie hotel, goede voorzieningen, heerlijk eten en drinken (en all inclusive). Kortom, de moeite waard.'

'They need to build restrooms closer to the pool bar area, they are too far for drinkers. 436 steps away'

'Belle chambre très confortable Personnel très bien'

'Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour une seule nuit après notre vol avant de démarrer notre trip. Nous avons eu un appartement ! Canapé, table, cuisine, petite salle de bain et chambre avec 2 lits (qui ne sont pas grands) L’hôtel a une belle piscine. Nous avons mangé là le soir avec vue sur la marina, c’était bon et personnel très gentil !'

'Excellent service by all staff and delicious food all the time!'

'Top location and top staff'

'Only the food it is ok but they need to have more option bc restaurants'

'Muy buena atención y servicio del personal como Miguel y pedro la comida'

'- Rooftop has no umbrellas or anything, just a couple of sunbeds in the hot sun. - There is no possibility to freshen up for a late flight, luckily we could check out late. - Rooms, especially the bathroom, looks outdated and is in need of an upgrade. - Check-in took extremely long for no particular reason, they couldn’t find the reservation but the booking was already paid. - breakfast is very limited, and no set tables. Pro’s: - location. Close to the going out area (but quiet in the...

'Very comfortable hotel. Restaurants are great.'

'The hotel is in a good location but has no beach access. The pool is not too big but was kept clean. Room was a bit outdated, especially the furniture. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was prompt, especially the housekeeping team. Dining needed much improvement - the Mexican options were pretty bad. The pool music was also a bit loud for the small size of the compound.'
