'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'El lugar es simplemente hermoso y la propuesta gastronómica es increíble. Lo que realmente marcó la diferencia frente a otros hoteles de la zona fue la libertad de disfrutar de todos los restaurantes sin necesidad de reserva, algo que se agradece mucho. Además, el personal fue sumamente atento y amable en todo momento. Por otro lado, la limpieza en la habitación fue puntual y diaria.'

'Over all great experience. As we did not get all inclusive for this condo in the resort, it’s definitely worth it if you’re going to Cancun to explore and do activities and not stay at the resort 24/7. Spacious room and very clean.'

'We had a deluxe suite with pool/oceanview. At the pool a dj plays very loud music until 10 at night, which is very annoying if you’re looking to take a nap or relax in the room during the day. Sadly this room was also more expensive because of the view. We ordered a caesar’s salad which was delivered with chicken, and a another salad missing a key ingredient. The room itself was very nice, comfortable bed, although no door for the toilet and the water in the shower didn’t get that hot.'
