'Nous avons été ultras bien accueilli partout où on a été ! Le service est excellent, la nourriture est aussi bonne quasi dans tous les resto 😊. La propreté est au rendez-vous . Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel . Je reviendrais sans hésitation. Familia Dridi'

'The Cuisine was excellent, the staff was amazing & always friendly, the rooms were fantastic with marble bathrooms & marble showers, the maid staff was totally top shelf professionals, and for the Ferrara Family, there is no better resort in Mexico. Kempinski is the clear winner as best Cancun resort. Joel, Ronald, Javier, Reynoldo, at the poolside service & Cassitta Restaurant were terrific, these guys are just hell bent on making you wanna keep coming back to Kempinski, the young man & young...

'The hotel is under construction since 8:30 of the morning you could hear the hammer and the construction crew going on for 9 hours straight. Even one of the pools was closed. I stayed for 5 days and only had the same food .'

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'Overall the property is very well maintained. Especially the lobby area, it's immaculate a pleasure to be in. The beach could use a bit more maintenance, certain areas of the outside look like it needs a fresh coat of paint an repairs from erosion. The staff is wonderful with special mentions to Ivanova an Cindy at the lobby. Israel, Fabio, an Fernando at the pool areas. Special mentions to Mario at the towels in pool very attentive an servicial. Due to this staff it makes up to a wonderful...

'This property is very nice, we have a wonderful and relaxing stay, staff very helpful and very friendly, room very clean! Food was very good too! I will come back and I very recommend this place!'

'Great personnel, comfortable beds and of course: the Caribbean Sea! All in all, we had a great experience! The only constructive feedback I can give is to pay more attention to people with food allergies.'

'I just went on my first family trip with my 3 year old daughter and wife and stayed almost a week and I have to say it is really worth the stay! I rented a vehicle and the self parking is really convenient as it is really close to the lobby. Clean surroundings, big rooms with beautiful sea and hotel views and helpful staff when needed! The only thing to keep in mind is that even that is an all inclusive hotel, food menu in the hotel is limited, they do not have a lot of options but the ones that...

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen.

'I absolutely loved it here. First time all inclusive solo trip & I’m definitely coming back. I would ask for one of the rooms with a balcony. Just gorgeous. The only thing I could nit pick is the MVP bar closes at 11. Would have been nice to have it open a little later since it had the music.'

'Prima hotel.
