'I have never left a review, but felt compelled to write this one. This hotel was nice and facility itself was gorgeous, but I felt we were paying too much for not a ton on return. We often waited 1+ hour to be served food, only for the food to come out with a hair in it, had to wake up at 7am every day just to hope to get a pool spot (there were plenty of places, but at least half were ones that would require extra payment), and often had miscommunications with the staff that left us feeling...

Was hoping to have access to dining at Marriott Cancun next door and was not able, that should be changed. As the two are next two each other. '

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'We did a girls trip to Fiesta Americana Condesa for 5 days, 4 nights and could not recommend it more! The service was incredible, the food was absolutely delicious. Our rooms were clean and up to date. We loved how there were so many options- beach and multiple pools- but everything still felt very easy and accessible. So many options for lunch and dinner, all better than the last. We went to the gym and spa as well- the spa was a 10/10 experience. However, the real MVP of our vacation was...

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

'Noisy airco in the room, noisy room in general (I could hear all cars roaming around the avenue during the night, making a bad quality sleep). Drinks were not the best quality, and not very consistent from one bar to another. Royal buffet food was not the best. The room was clean, staff were nice and attentive, although not very consistent. Tour agency sold us a jungle tour saying we would go to the reef and the underwater museum, however we only snorkled on the reef, there was no underwater...

'Very good internet, location, pools, beach, loungers, rooms and beds. This is a time share and there’s a hard push on listening to the time share pitch which we didn’t love. They had bingo at 3:00p at the pool, which was fun and interactive. The rooms were large! We booked the grand suite and there was plenty of room for three people. We each had our own bed and sleeping area. Quiet.'
