'We visited in April 2026 and stayed for a week. We paid for the Vantage Club for a day and spent the day at the pool on the rooftop. One day was enough as there are plenty of restaurants, activities and pool chairs on the main level. Ceasar from the entertainment staff was good leading water aerobics. 'Very high end for an all inclusive. Food is really great. Resort has an easy and accessible layout. The Palace Resort member folks are a bit much, buy otherwise everything is great. Just say no to their breakfast invitation.'

'The staff is excellent! Had a problem with our reservation and Enclave reservation desk resolved the issues right away. Very gracious hosts and bar staff. The best I ever experienced. Restaurants are wonderful and so are the buffets and menu Restaurants. The hotel is beautiful with many options for dining, sunbathing and bars. The beach is gorgeous! One of the best vacations I've ever had. Enclave option is well worth it. Planning on going back again.'

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. 'We had to move after 2 nights b/c they were doing construction outside our door. The 1st night in the 2nd place a woman let herself into our room with the key, saying she booked it through airbnb. She’s been given the wrong info. 2 days later we couldn’t use the balcony b/c they were power washing right above it. Our stovetop has electrocuted me multiple times even though I was very careful after the 1st time. Our 5th night the microwave lit on fire. 2 security guys came to to try to find out...

'Staff was nice. There needs to be upgrades asap! The pool is too small for such a big hotel! Jacuzzi was crowded! The food was not good! Need more authentic Mexican food. The showers were horrible, water coming out from everywhere. The one thing I did not appreciate was the presentations. 'Very good internet, location, pools, beach, loungers, rooms and beds. This is a time share and there’s a hard push on listening to the time share pitch which we didn’t love. They had bingo at 3:00p at the pool, which was fun and interactive. The rooms were large! We booked the grand suite and there was plenty of room for three people. We each had our own bed and sleeping area. Quiet.'
