'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

Want to make this clear, so if anyone is on a budget and want to stay in the hotel zone, this could be an option. The building lobby had almost run down doors as we walked to the elevator. 'Overall well experience with the resort and all its inclusive amenities. For the most part the staff was friendly and helpful. Cancun is a tourist location, so prices are reflective of this aspect outside the hotel and some non-inclusive parts of the hotel (e.g. SPA massages, and trips outside the hotel)'
