'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'It was a beautiful resort. They clean the sargassum often, very attentive, the pool was clean, and the drinks weren’t watered down. I HIGHLY recommend the restaurant on site, Hakka, as their food was delicious. I loved our stay!'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

We stayed there for 5 days and couldn't get into any, very disappointing and waste of money for "all inclusive". The restaurant that is available for breakfast and lunch during certain hours the food was mediocre. The beverages soda and beer were all watered down and as far as hard liquor it was a cheap brands. 'Overall we had a great stay. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful, the man who brought our bags to our room and all the people working in the pool area. We had an issue with our room the first night with the shower pipes making an awful noise and water running off and on through the night. The maintenance came and said it was an easy fix, but it woke us up again 2 other times in the early morning. When we went to the front desk in the morning they did switch us to a different room,...

'To be honest, yes, for the low price, it was not bad. At least the view was as promised, you could see the ocean from the side as advertised.
