'It is a great place to stay. We love retro spaces and this is great! Lots of space, nice amenities and great views. Also a great outdoor area with a fire!
Apparently they have a clientele that returns year after year because they all knew each other.

'We were traveling with our adult daughter and Abigail’s Inn offered a queen room with a separate adjoining smaller room with a twin bed. Perfect for our needs. David and Steven were more like our hosts than merely property owners. They personally served gourmet breakfasts every morning of our stay. I would highly recommend Abigail’s Inn and I would happily stay there again.'

'Everything was first class and five star all the way. The rooms were spectacular. We had a great partial Bay view, the breakfast they served in the morning was wonderful. The only thing we found of concern was the bathroom needed a little more attention & cleaning. 'We loved our 3-night stay in the cottage! It was a little tight for our family of 4 but it was perfectly clean and decorated adorably. It had everything we needed to make a cooked breakfast each morning and a patio out front overlooking the water. The hot tub unfortunately didn’t seem to be working as the water wasn’t warm/hot at all, however, our boys enjoyed swimming in the pool. We drove into Acadia both days and it was about 1.5 hours drive. We would definitely stay again if we go that way...

'This place was fabulous!! Everything was super clean and the room was decorated so cute! View was fantastic and there was a full moon while we were there coming up over the ocean! The staff was great, very friendly. We did not get a chance to use the pool, but it looked wonderful.

'The only thing I might mention, is that the TV screen was hard to see. The picture was too dark and couldn't be lightened up. Otherwise, it was a great stay at a very nice establishment. I would recommend it to anyone. '

"Honestly, we really wanted to give a 5 star review, just because Marc was such a great host. But all in all our experience was a bit disappointing - considering what we paid.
We had booked a cottage but it was actually a room in a cottage with several other rooms in it. The room itself did not offer the right value for money. It was clean and the bed was great, but everything else felt and looked tired and worn. The curtains looked like they hadn't been replaced since the 90s. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. There was a coffee maker but no condiments to go with it.
Camden is a charming place to stay and the High Tide Inn is right on the ocean shore, which probably explains the rates. But if Marc wants to make this place work, he needs to do some work on the place. "
