'very musty smell like it had been in a flood and not dried properly. There was a humidifier that was full to the top with water and we had to dump it. There were centipedes, spiders, mice and the more. There was a note left that the horses on site were dangerous and not to go to close. There were no paths to get to see any animals anyway. We stayed one night and had to leave it was uninhabitable. We would like our money back and have asked but still received no response.'

'This was a very convenient location on the entry road at the top of the hill. If you know Eagle Rock, and all of its amenities, then you are aware of the multiple pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and bocce ball courts. We walked the nature and fitness trail, which was a little bit buggy with gnats in August. The house was very nice and spacious. The host was in touch regularly!'
