'Loved the space, if you did not like something, call the team and it got taken care of right away. This location was perfect for us, close to all major transportation hubs and easy to get to where we wanted to go.'

'Redelijk hotel voor een nachtje als je op doorreis bent. Koelkast was stuk. Geen airco bloedheet, er stond een ventilator. Avond weg geweest bij terugkomst ventilator weg?!!!! Dus iemand binnen geweest van schoonmaak. Kan ik niet echt waarderen. Ook kwam schoonmaakster zomaar binnen die naar iets opzoek was. Kortom een nachtje is genoeg.'

'despite it is a new apartments, it is not so clean (stains on pillows and sheets), shared toilet not clean too. too much noise because of aircraft. on the description, it is said that there is a free parking accessible, but when i arrived the owner told me it is full and i should find a place to park outside (all the area a blue zone, you should leave before 8 at morning!!)'

'The location is excellent. The rooms are older and it starts to show. We could have used a dish brush. Why provide kitchen towels but no soape or brush. Sheets were way too short and the pillows didn't deserved that name. But as said the location is excellent you can walk easily to the main station, city center, the old town. That's something that would make me return here. '

'立地は最高で、トラム1本でチューリッヒ駅にも中心街（Paradeplatz）にも行けました。最寄り駅にCOOPもあり、便利です。部屋も広く、満足でした。部屋の清掃は月水金のみですが、十分でした。エアコンはないのですが、夜はそれほど暑くないので、設置してもらった扇風機で問題なく過ごせました。5人まで宿泊できるのにシャワールームとトイレが一つしかないのが、唯一の不満でした。'

'Property manager and staff were friendly and responsive when we check-in. They allowed us early check-in when room is ready and available. They showed us how to use the free laundry facilities and provided us with the detergent. Very helpful and attentive property manager who even asked whether we need a portable fan when we came back from a warm day. Good location. About 15 mins tram ride from Lucerne Central Station. 'Very happy with the accommodation. Clean, comfortable bed, small balcony, equipped with everything one may need during a short stay. Parking in the garage had to be arrange paid separately. So, not included in the price of the accommodation. All in all, it is a very recommendable place.'

'Leuke locatie in leuke buurt en op loopafstand van het centrum. De omgeving heeft een totaal andere sfeer als het meer chique centrum wat het juist leuk maakt om doorheen te lopen. Het complex ligt aan een drukke straat maar met oordopjes in slaap je daar gewoon doorheen. Alles wat je nodig zou hebben voor een basic verblijf in het appartement is voorhanden en is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor Zürich en omgeving.'
