"The hotel has a good location and decent rooms, but our stay was marred by several issues. Our shower was broken upon arrival, leaving us unable to shower for a full day. We had to build makeshift water barriers with towels to prevent flooding. Service at the front desk was poor. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and when we asked about it, staff falsely claimed we had declined housekeeping, which we hadn’t. The elevator smelled strongly of vomit throughout our visit and was never addressed. After the shower was finally repaired, no one informed us or followed up, and there was no apology for the inconvenience. The breakfast area often felt unclean — tables were sticky, and between 8:00 and 9:00 it got overcrowded quickly, with food items running out fast."

"Heel fijn hotel, net buiten het centrum van Inverness waardoor het erg rustig is in de omgeving. Kamer was netjes, ruim, schoon met heerlijke bedden. Ontbijt was netjes geregeld Personeel was behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk"

"Lovely accomodation with nice big rooms. Our room was located at ground level and a bit noisy due to the wooden floors above. The hotel has nice terraces and lounge areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room could be cleaner (cobwebs hanging from the high ceilings - other than that the room was clean). Nice darkening curtains."
