'The place was unoccupied except for us! Our room was fine but the premises seemed to be under renovation. No staff were available.'

'The air conditioning was nonexistent, the room strongly smelled of mildew and neglect. The room was filthy… the condition of everything within the room was awful… Left immediately - would rather sleep in my car, felt safer.'

'checking in was confusing we didn’t realize it was a multi unit home.. we had to wait for instructions to get in and had no check out instruction. ultimately we had a decent night and good nights sleep. cheaper then a hotel to split with others'

'I booked this for employees who were traveling, and it worked out perfect for them. Having the ability to cook their own meals and not have to eat out every night was something they really loved. They also liked the fire pit in the back yard as well as all of the other amenities. The rooms were very clean; the host is very helpful and attentive. Definitely will book again!'

'Very family friendly and clean. Was very comfortable and made you feel like you were at home. This was the second time I stayed at a bnb and haven't been disappointed. Thank you Karen for a great experience! '

'Great space with lots of little touches like cotton sheets, plenty of towels, dimmable lights and comfy seating.'

'I booked this property for a short getaway with some fiends and was very disappointed. The house and property have been very neglected and allowed to fall into a state of disrepair. I hadn't even made it inside before noticing my first issue, the deck has a soft spot with a rug on it, when I investigated further, I noticed the joist hangers were all rusted out along the door making the deck very spongey and unsafe. 'All very clean and experienced no troubles'

'This artist inspired, ground level vrbo was immaculate & had cozy outdoor space too! Great location within walking distance to many stores restaurants & attractions. Such good energy! Great for couples. Host was truly responsive! We are going to return in Autumn'

'The apartment was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and a great quiet location downtown. Parking passes were provided, so you didn’t have to pay on street parking. The host was very nice and quick to respond to questions/concerns. They were very clear about the flight of stairs, but they didn’t concern us. However, older guests might find them difficult, especially carrying luggage. We would definitely book this property again.'
