'First time visit at this hotel and loved it from the moment we walked through the door. All of the staff were very helpful (had problems with the airconditioning after a couple of days, but were helped within minutes by being moved to another room). Special shout out to Douglas, who made us feel welcome from the very first second. He couldn't be any more friendly.'

'Great location, very friendly staff. However, the first-floor room we stayed in was awful: Windows face the covered patio so no sunlight and no privacy—shades had to stay down, so you're basically staying in a tiny broom closet. AC control panel lights up the room at night. You can hear the subway go by at regular intervals, and we were awoken at 4am by a really loud, jarring jackhammer-type noise. Mentioned this to front desk and in post-stay survey, zero real response other than "so sorry."...

'Een prima appartement op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden en openbaar vervoer. Bij tekort aan handdoeken, servies of een andere vraag wordt dit snel en vriendelijk verzorgd. We zaten hier met 6 personen in een appartement met 1 slaapkamer, de slaapbank is prima voor een paar nachten. Enige minpunt is het ontbreken van een afzuigkap o.i.d. waardoor koken of bakken in het appartement geen aanrader is. '

'I will never stay here again. Checked into my room. AC was broken and room was 80 degrees. I had booked a king sized bed but my room only had a queen. They didn’t tell me this on check in. They clearly knew the AC was busted because the window was open when I entered the room. They didn’t proactively do anything. I ended up checking out and finding another hotel. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Management does not care. No follow up. Nothing. My colleague also...
