'Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood...

'Very close to train station. Very close to large grocery store. Many diverse take-away and dining options in the neighbourhood. We all had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints. Would not hesitate to book again. '
