'This house has such potential to be a great holiday home - the location is wonderful, the rooms are large and layout of the house is fab. However, upon arrival the house had clearly only had a very light clean. There was white dog hair everywhere and we had to clean the bath before using it. The shower tray didn’t drain when using it and there was a strong drainage smell in both bathrooms. The slats on the main bed were broken when we arrived but the agent sent someone to fix it straight away...

'The house had a lot of positives. It is very well situated not only for the ferry but to get to other places on the island. There was one of the best welcome packs we have experienced. the house is very well equipped and has a lot of things you don't expect - e.g. dressing gowns and slippers as well as dishwasher and laundry tablets (but oddly enough no spare toilet rolls).
