'Staff was so nice. Had a late check in and she was wonderful to deal with. Room was clean. Easy parking lot to use.'

'Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location is good. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning, but our bathroom could have used a new shower head and new grout around the tub. I know that the pool has to be cleaned, but I picked the property partly because I wanted to use the indoor pool when I got up and it was closed all morning for cleaning. Maybe a sign the night before cleaning letting people know that they will not be able to use it in the morning.'

'Tv's didn't work when we checked in. Took few hours to get them working then it kept going in and out. Worked fine in the morning. Coffee maker didnt work but they did replace it.parking was difficult making unloading luggage difficult. Staff was friendly and tried hard to be accommodating. '

'Location is convenient. Bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast room is tiny and eggs and coffee ran out without being replaced, despite being the middle of breakfast hours.'

'Didn't stay for breakfast. I woke up at 1 am and got the hell out of there. I only booked it because I wanted to watch the draft and smoke cigars. Yes that's right you can still get smoking rooms there. '

'Our first night we were without power all night until 6am due to a storm that went over us. The second night was fine, until we were woken up by a fire alarm. There was old food in our room fridge. The bathtub was disgusting. We asked for extra towels at 3pm and we were told there is none, as house keeping just got there. We also had to ask for towels in the pool area as they were not stocked up. There was expired milk In the fridge for breakfast. I just overall am not impressed.'

'Young lady at the desk at check out and in the morning was very friendly. Nice to talk to. Facility close to I-55. Well lit. Looks like freshly painted. Bright, not dreary like so many other facilities. Only issue was that the bathroom light came on EVERY TIME I walked into the room. Made for a horrible nights sleep as I never turn on bathroom lights during night bathroom trips as that has the effect of totally waking me up so I can't fall back to sleep afterwards.'

'We paid for two nights of parking and there was no parking available the last night and no parking in the area which made it very inconvenient for us.'

'This is our third stay here. We work alot in this area alot.. We love it here its not in a congested spot very quiet and out of the way a bit ,but still have direct access to the highway. Always friendly service, hot showers, and comfortable beds. Everything seems to be new. I think they went through renovations. We will be coming back! Never have had an issue here. '

'Desk clerk girl wasn’t understandable. No English.. Nice though . A/C heat very loud and ran continuously. '

'The room was ok. It was clean. I'm not sure the bedding was changed on one of the beds. Nothing that would keep me away from staying again. The breakfast was not much. The coffee was ok. The hallways smelled musty. I had to pay extra when I got there, I guess an extra tax came out of nowhere, even though I prepaid. The area was nice. You can hear the road traffic some in the room. The staff were helpful and nice.'
