'Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Run-Down, and Serious Safety Concerns I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Normal, Illinois. When I checked in, I was informed that the pool had been shut down by the city, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the safety concerns made the experience even worse. As soon as I entered the room, there was a horrible smell, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or...

'Very friendly, very clean'

'Crappy bed. Dated, poorly maintained property. Lukewarm hot water.'

'Best place in town. Highly recommend.'

'The room had baby roaches in the shower in the bathroom, I killed one with a tissue box on the wall. Everything I brought had to be taken back to my car for the night and I just grabbed what I needed when I needed it. The staff was nonexistent. 'Great location Good service Beautiful property Very comfortable'

'The place was clean but there was no remote for the tv when I asked for one they gave me one but it never turned the tv on. The pool is closed tell further notice. The parking lot needs work as does the outside furniture that was broken. The bread and bagels were very stale. The bed was clean and very comfortable'

'This was the most disgusting, dirty room I have stayed in in a very long time. Black mold in the toilet, shaving cream or something blue on the shower walls, trash under the bed and stains on the comforter. And the remote was so dirty and sticky. I just prayed to sleep and not get bed bugs it was so gross! I booked 4 rooms for us state XC qualifiers and all these rooms where equally as bad . So disappointed and was not worth the money. Will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to...
