'I loved how friendly the staff was during the stay and all the features that came with the suite that we stayed in. It was like a small apartment! I also loved that they offered “clean” and “natural” foods as part of their breakfast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and when we come again, I know where we will be staying! '

'This place was very quaint. Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative.
The room was super clean, quiet , and peaceful. The owners were very responsive, instructions clear to follow and above all...

'This was our 2nd stay and we were very pleased. Pleasant staff, decent breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds. One of our favorite things is when the hotel puts out ice cream for the guests, they also have games for entertaining, free coffee and tea. I saw the hotel will be making some renovations soon and we look forward to seeing them on our next visit. '

'My wife and I stayed weekend of July 26. We enjoyed the quaint quiet retreat. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was like a Michelin star chef was cooking these very nice and succulent breakfast dishes. The convenience of the property placement made it right were all the shopping and fun spots that the historic district had to offer. Thank you for taking care of our needs, to all the staff at the Hoyt House. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that likes quiet little getaway in a bustling...

As with any B&B, you are enjoying what the hosts like for breakfast, or what they think you might like. It's OK not like everything, it's natural. But give it a try! 'The room was very comfortable. The renovated bathroom was great. Loved the breakfast and happy hour and all day coffee and treats. Loved sitting on the beach as well as on the porch. The staff was over and beyond kind and friendly. Loved the convenience of parking and getting to the downtown area. The only thing missing for us was a pool because we just enjoy both options. But the beach was beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! '

'I found the relaxation that I needed while staying at Courtyard at Marriott Amelia Island. The staff were awesome and extremely helpful. My room was beautifully decorated making for a pleasant oasis when I wasn’t exploring the Island. The French Fries are the best I ever had. I loved that I had everything I needed without leaving if I didn’t want to!! Highly recommend!!'

'Great location. Staff truly went above qnd beyond. I had a sea gull fly into the front of my SUV. It was stuck in the grill. A gentleman employee offered to assist. He and another employee were able to remove it and cleaned up my car too. Great experience. '

The clerk at front desk was awesome and good at his job. The facility is actually an older motel, not a hotel, but in great condition. Room was spacious and clean with a fresh smell. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Plenty of towels, etc. Pool is really big and clean. Full breakfast was really good. The location is perfect and a very short walk to the beach. You walk out of parking lot and turn left and you can see the beach. ...
