'Wonderful place to stay, we loved that the area was in a real neighborhood and not touristy. The only complaint is the main bedroom faces a an alley that has a motion activated light that shines bright on and off all night while you are trying to sleep. Dark shade would help this situation. '

'This place was awesome !! We stayed here for three nights and so far has been the best accommodation we’ve had in Japan so far. You have everything you need here. Kitchen, microwave, washer & dryer, even an ice machine !!! The sauna and the outdoors bath was great as well. There were some drinks in a fridge close to the sauna that were delicious. Their fridge in the kitchen was stocked up with drinks. That was a nice surprise.'

'Staff was amazing and super helpful. Stayed in Loft A and it’s got 2 bunk beds and a big sunken living room. Plenty of floor space. Good with or without kids. Water pressure is amazing. Laundry is quick and easy. Lots of amenities in lobby to “rent for free” during your stay. 'This is our second time staying at this place and we just love how it’s in the center of Gion district surrounded with the best food spots.
