Inchecken was zoiets van 'wat komt u hier doen?', niet vriendelijk, niet erg welkom voor gasten die hier in de afgelopen jaren veel vaker zijn geweest. Klaarblijkelijk voorziet het computer/reserveringssysteem niet in de herkenning van gasten die eerder zijn geweest. Geen welkomstdrankje (kregen andere gasten die iets later arriveerden wel). Ontbijt is 'gedowngrade' en nu karig, weinig keus (misschien nog een post-Covid restant). Algehele staat van onderhous is (zeer) matig, maar dat is misschien ook een post-Covid situatie. Al bij al was dit misschien wel ons laatste verblijf.

THE HAVEN is een prachtig hotel met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, het ontbijtbuffet is heerlijk en de kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Er worden allerlei activiteiten georganiseerd en er is een handdoekenservice bij het zwembad. Als je aankomt wordt de bagage naar je kamer gebracht en in de kamer is voldoende aanwezig (badjas, slippers, shampoo, föhn etc.).

A little gem close to the buzzing area of double six beach. Best price/quality ratio I’ve encountered so far. Solo travelers, families and groups of friends they all come here. Never a dull moment and of course amazing staff. Not unimportant; the breakfast is amazing!! I can thoroughly recommend this place.

Heerlijke poolvilla
10 nachten in een poolvilla verbleven, luxe, ruimte, van alle gemakken voorzien en heel prettig privé. Zou wel weer een onderhoudsbeurt mogen maar als geheel perfect. Ontbijt dik in orde. Zoek vooral naar aanbiedingen ( tot nu toe 3x via Expedia) voor de laagste prijs. Een aanrader!

Super All Suite Hotel
Was ons beste Hotel in Bali , wat een Luxe voor deze redelijke prijs in zeer ruime" Suite Rooms" dubbele kamers met alles er op en aan je wil echt niet meer weg. Ook het personeel is erg goed opgeleid en zeer vriendelijk niets is teveel gevraagd een dikke 10. Een aanrader als je voor comfort en goede prijs op zoek bent.

Mooi hotel in Seminyak
Een massaal doch erg leuk, gezellig en vriendelijk hotel aan een drukke straat in Seminyak. Op loopafstand van het strand, waar het na zonsondergang bijzonder gezellig is voor een drankje!

Ik heb in de villa mijn verjaardag gevierd. Het personeel kwam in de ochtend met ontbijt en een cake met een kaarsje, hbd zingend. De villa wordt iedere dag goed schoongemaakt. De privé butler was attend en heel erg behulpzaam. Ruime villa en goed ontbijt en dichtbij het strand. Ik heb een geweldig verblijf gehad.

Prima verblijf
Goed verblijf met op de laatste avond helaas een mindere ervaring met de roomservice: dit duurde erg lang en we kregen niet wat we besteld hadden. Een goede oplossing kwam er niet echt. Pas bij het uitchecken, na een half uur een discusse, kwam er een poging, waar we akkoord mee zijn gegaan. Maar meer omdat we het wachten zat waren , niet vanwege de oplossing zelf. Verder was het een prima verblijf, aardig personeel, mooie locatie met goede voorzieningen. Dichtbij alles wat je aan de zuid-west kant van Bali kunt doen. Prima zwembad en voldoende ligbedden.

Hotel: simple / Suite: nice
This hotel has 2 very different parts.(Haven Rooms and Haven Suites) The simple Haven rooms are in the first part of the hotel. This room is absolutely not 4 star quality, it looked like a nice hostel room. Small, the glass bathroom door is just a step away from your bed. Expedia promised us priority check in, extra entertainment package, vouchers for spa and beverages and free upgrade to suite if available. NONE OF THIS IS TRUE. We had to wait 1,5 hours for the room, there was no extra entertainment package, they forgot to give us the vouchers, i had to ask for them, and as we did not accept the simple small room, they requested us to pay 25 euro extra per night for the suite. So it was all one big disappointment. We did move to a suite, which was very big, with a huge balcony overlooking the pools and gardens. One piece of advice: if you are used to 4 star quality, do NOT book the Haven room. Go for the suite. And do not believe that you get any advantage from Expedia because you have the gold status.

We cannot rate this property high enough. Our suite was fantastic. What you see in the photo's is what you get. Very comfortable bed and so roomy. The team at The Haven couldn't do enough to make your stay more comfortable. Everyone from the young man at the pool, to Management Staff who came around and spoke to us several times. Breakfast's, dinner's, cocktails, all wonderful. The pool area, beautiful. Under the palm trees. Will be cack again, for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel was noisy with construction work and the pool decking at the back pool was loose and uneven, A man slipped and broke his hip while I was there. The prices contained hidden extras....a bottle of wine shown at $50 Australian dollars cost $65, To top it off the hotel has kept my deposit of $200 Aus eventhough I paid my bill in full and there seems to be no way to contact them reguarding this issue... not impressed.

As a single woman traveling alone in a foreign country THE HAVEN was absolutely a dream come true. The minute I walked in the staff ambience was so inviting. I ended up staying there for 23 nights. It was my home away from home.. my Safehaven…. the pool was spectacular and the whole layout of the hotel really flowed. The breakfast is divine every morning.!!!!

Beautiful place and kind/helpful employees. Bath tubs can be a little difficult to get out of which caused me to fall and hurt myself. Plus there’s a slightly raised section between the toilet and bathroom that caused me a toe injury but apart from that. Lovely place to stay, just something to be mindful of.
