'We had a great stay in Three Rivers. It's a charming little town with good food and beautiful scenery. The cottage is right on a river behind the large main house. We enjoyed the sounds of the river and the 2 bedroom set up worked great for our family. The cottage was clean with an open kitchen and a good mudroom with laundry/dryer. It was hot outside but the cottage stayed nice and cool. Not really good access to the river on the property but it had nice views of the water.To get to Sequoia...

'We had a wonderful stay at this property. Remote location, beautiful night skies and well stocked kitchen.Some things to note, every lamp in the property has a different way to turn on. Many lamps were unplugged so we had to figure it out. I am glad we were with friends coz the house is 1/4 of a mile from the main road. It is quirky for sure, with floors that bow and angle to one side, but I think that only adds to its history and charm. The kitchen and dining area were also clean and well-equipped. Cons: There’s no on-site laundry, but there are a few options nearby. 'We had a wonderful week at the Knotty Cabin. Location was fantastic, interior beautiful and so many nice touches inside. Stairs to upstairs are really steep - just something to make sure that kids and older folks are especially careful with, but there are great handrails and everyone navigated it well quickly.
