'We had a wonderful stay Jan 1-4 as we kicked off the New Year and celebrated a birthday. The cabin is nestled in a quiet location and a short drive to the Yosemite Valley Tunnel View. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. I appreciated the ceiling fans and free standing fan as I get overheated while sleeping… even in winter. 'The cabin was exactly like we imagined. Maybe not precisely in the middle of nowhere but close enough. Well equipped (especially the kitchen) for a stay longer than the 3 nights we were there. We would go again in a heartbeat Gary the owner really helped us answering our questions before arrival and also quickly replied during our stay Points of consideration (but would not stop us from renting again) Add additional pillows on the beds. 'We had a fantastic stay! The cabin is cute & comfortable, perfect for a family gathering. There are toys & games for kids, a high-chair and a porta-crib. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook for your family, including a stand-mixer, food processor, insta-pot, baking dishes, and even oils & spices. The parking spaces are up a steep, narrow driveway and there is no street parking. It would be a little tough to park if there were snow or ice. '
