'Hotel New Grand is old school hospitality, where a guests is treated like a celebrity. They are all amazing at their job, with their kindness, attention to detail, and the pleasant atmosphere they help create. Of all the hotels I've stayed at, there are only 2 other hotels that come close. Easy 5/5 stars, and definitely a hotel I'd recommend. '

'The room is a bit small, like there's not much space for your open luggage. There's a restaurant on the 2nd floor. I wish they could update the information for operation hour to reflect the actual hour or at least inform the customer the changed time schedule. I received a 10% off coupon for it though, which is nice. Overall not bad, pretty standard and kind of close to a station.'

'Very nice and roomy superior double room, modern and well equipped. Great and helpful staf, many amenities available. Close to the station and lots of bars and restaurants in the area. '

'Quick access to the subway network, hotel had it own subway access. Only issues was being drop off by car, hotel entrance is next to a bus stop and the road way has a 4ft fence along the road which made you work around the metro busses stopping and going, not a big issues.'

'What a great Hotel prior to our Celebrity Cruise. This hotel is clean and in great shape. Spotless in every nook and cranny. Staff is delightful. Sounds dumb but the toilet was another highlight. We paid for the breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor. Nice breakfast and great service. I could not recommend this property more. Room and hotel incredibly quiet. We could have walked to our ship which was 10-15 minute away.'

'Greeat hotel, especially for the price. Adjacent to the train station! Friendly staff: very helpful as well.'
