Although the website indicated late checkout options were available the last day of my stay, the front desk employee told me I could not extend checkout until noon when i checked in. 'Your staff was great, breakfast and coffee were good! We knew the elevator was broken when we booked the room, when we arrived the window shade in our room was broken, they did come fix that, but the real deal breaker was the COLD WATER!!! I had booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms had cold water, not much fun getting ready for a wedding with cold showers!!!
