Buena estadia
No hablan ingles, esta un poco alejado de los lugares de interes pero esta a 2 cuadras del.metro. Las instalaciones muy bien y la habitacion tambien.

交通便利,近地鐵站,吃東西也方便。 設計有點奇怪,廁所有個窗戶,但是沒有窗簾。 空間沒有想象中大,但是夠用。 服務態度好,入住和退房手續簡捷。

酒店環境不優美,但整體不算差,自我考慮接受能力。
酒店位於舊區中,它雖設有電梯,但 2-3樓住客有機會要拖行李行幾級樓梯才到房間。房間清潔不足,房內有干衣功能洗衣機,但無標示使用方法及顯示洗衣及干衣共需5小時,房間隔音不足。 酒店員工不會主動協助及請安,這方面要再加培訓,酒店雖細小,但酒店頂層伋設有活動及休息空間,前台側設有咖啡機,值得一讚。 本人覺得由地鐵新天地站1號出口到酒店較方便,因有上落電動樓梯,道路好行。

I booked to stay in this hotel because of its location. It's situated in the heart of Shanghai with most happenings. Of course not for night life but for those on business travel with it's central location, indeed very convenient.

清潔好きにはオススメしない
良い点 ・受付スタッフや掃除スタッフも皆フレンドリーで対応もいい(英語も出来ないので中国語がわからない客は対応悪いと誤解するかも) ・駅から近く交通に便利、受付に頼めばタクシーも呼んでくれる ・古い建物なので、古い生活感を感じるにはいい ・洗濯があるので長期滞在には便利(乾燥まで2時間以上かかる。干すにはハンガー少ない) ・ロビーでコーヒーが飲める(あまり美味しくないが) ・屋上で誰もいないとちょっと一息できる(人がいると大体タバコを吸っている) 悪い点 ・部屋が写真と全然違う、デザインが異なる部屋多く窓なしもあるので部屋の当たり外れあり。 ・写真と違い部屋はかなり狭い ・エレベーターが使えない、建物の作りが複雑で階段も多い ・水回りのカビが多く下水道の臭いもする、掃除で床を拭いたそのモップの臭いも臭くて部屋に残る為、外出から戻ると臭いと感じる ・タオルが湿気臭い、カビ臭い感じがする ・机の真上にテレビがあって不便 今回は場所と安さで選んでみたが、正直この値段だと別の場所でもっといいホテルか、同じレベルでもっと安いホテルに泊まれると思った。水回りのカビは結構ひどいので、清潔好きにはオススメしない。海外に旅慣れてる人、バックパッカー的な人、寝るだけでいい人は大丈夫だと思う。老西门駅まで歩いて10分くらい。近所はどローカルな牛麺屋やパン屋っぽいのがあるが、外国人は食べれないレベルと汚さだと思う。外国人が食べれるレストランは駅まで行くか、繁華街まで行かないとない。近所にコーヒーショップなどもない。ビールが飲める小さなバーがあるくらい。最初は窓のない部屋に通されてしまったので、交渉して窓がある部屋にしてもらったが、どの部屋も狭く、写真と同じ希望していた部屋は他の人が入ってるからと希望が叶わなかった。窓からは部屋の場所によるが古い町の生活ぶりを少し覗くことができるかもしれないくらいの景色。そもそも窓の位置(構造が)普通の位置ではなく上の方にあるので、ベットに登ってちょっと見えるくらい。窓も少ししか開けられないので空気を入れ替えることも難しく、壁に囲まれてる感じで狭い部屋は特に閉塞感を感じると思う。部屋の臭いが気になる人は消臭スプレーなど持って行くのがいいかもしれない。机は非常に小さく、机の上にテレビがあって近すぎて見れないし、ビジネスで来る人にもオススメしない。格安旅行とバックパッカーにオススメ。

The room design is extremely uncomfortable. The steps on the stairs to the bedroom are super steep so you feel like you have to climb up, then when you get upstairs the ceiling is extremely low so you can’t stand upright. The lighting in the room is super bright (like a hospital) and there is no window or natural light that enters the room. The room was clean and I’m not usually very picky but this was an unpleasant experience for me. Wouldn’t recommend.

Nice quiet area, video shop one side and a local baker the other shop on the corner. Go through Xintiandi tube and there lots of western style shops and food places botb fast and eateries. The hotel rooms are comfortable and no problems whatc so ever.

3人房間, 略細一點吧! 我們打滴滴出行, 没有交通上問題, 距離老西門地鐵站, 5-7分鐘, 距離新天地10分鐘步行, 附近很靜, 只有2間便利店, 一間飯盒, 其餘都没有店舖食店, 但可以利用美團叫外賣到酒店, 非常方便, 酒店供應飲料, 汽水都是免費的, 還有雪柜內的薯片, 都是免費的。這次住宿尚可, 下次來還會再住的。 注意, 房內WIFI 及自己的網路訊號經常接收不到, 請酒店加強接收訊號, 這帶來很多不便

Nice and clean, excessively loud at night.
This location has basically zero sound proofing and can be very loud at night. I suggest taking earplugs. Nice and clean and friendly helpful staff though. Probably won't stay here again, just because of the noise levels.

價格很吸引,酒店裝修幾新,Book 的時候照片明明是複式一人房,到達時是一間極細的單人床房,前台的工作人員態度很不耐煩, 半夜有客入住被吵醒了,隔音效果差,早上聽到附近地盤嘈音,離地鐵站近,不過夜晚街很暗

英語は全く通じません。予約があると伝えたのに、見当たらないと言われ困ったところ他のスタッフが来て見つけてくれて助かりました。 部屋は綺麗にはしているが、一階だったためか、小さいゴキブリがでました。 壁が薄く部屋の前を通った人の話し声や、フロントの電話の音が筒抜けで、幸い疲れ切っていたため寝れましたが、繊細な方は気になると思います。 オートロックの鍵は一枚しかもらえず、不便でした。エコのためか、部屋をでると、キーカードをぬくと、エアコンが切れるため部屋に入ると暑く夏はどうなるのかなと思います。 掃除は毎日してもらえますが、ざっとタオル交換とベッドメイキングのみで、床のゴミや髪の毛はそのままでした。 トイレも薄いくもりガラスで便座に座っているところなどは丸見えです。 駅から近いこと、周りの治安は良さそうなとこ、パッと見は綺麗なとこ、毎日無料の水の補充があった点は良かったと思います。 金庫がなく不安でしたが、盗まれることもなく安全でした。

Unique Find, Local Vibe, Great Value
This was a unique find - a series of interconnected lane houses renovated to form a hotel. Located amidst actual lane houses, you get a very local vibe and a real slice of life in Shanghai. At the same time, it was close to the gentrified neighbourhood of Xintiandi, giving you a lot of options in terms of food and shopping. Our particular room was a 2-floor loft, with one single bed on the ground floor, and a double/queen bed on the very roomy loft area. One negative was that the airconditioning does not quite reach the upper loft area (because of the 2-floor configuration), unless you leave it whilst you are out of the hotel. The bathroom (particularly the shower), was quite small, although quite clean. The sink is located outside of the bathroom, on a little island counter that also contains a washing machine and refrigerator. All the basics we there as well - hotel water kettle, hair dryer, toiletries, free wifi. Free coffee is also available at the lobby 24/7. The roof deck was also a great place to hang out if the weather is cool enough. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the great location and uniqueness of the property.

床比較硬,清潔可以再改善,我住的房間對着接待處有點吵。另外房間有點煙味。但整體還是不錯的

價格低廉,2樓的單人房面積十分理想,整體環境不錯,房間乾淨整潔,舒適及不錯。 但酒店有2層,沒有升降機到2樓,搬行李箱上2樓有點不便,另外,離地下鐵路站有點遠,要步行5-10分鐘左右的時間。

Before I book this package, I did asked your staff to give me a recommendation of the hotel n location. I wanted a 4 star n location must be very convenient n good. He gave me this hotel but later when I book this staff was not around n a new staff served me. So I just booked this hotel. Now my friend came back n tell me hotel it's very bad. It's not a 4 star n also location very inconvenient. Very disappointed for recently the both trips

老西門駅から歩いて7~8分、人通りもあり環境は悪くはないです。新しいホテルでお部屋は清潔。備品に歯ブラシ、シャワーキャップ、ひげ剃り、スリッパ、マークのないSISEIDOのシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープがあります。乾燥機付洗濯機もありジャスミンの香りの洗剤もありました。 ただ、画像にぬいぐるみのある一番安いお部屋に宿泊したのですが、二階ロフトの寝室が隣の寝室(?)と近いのか、話し声は内容までしっかりと、それにため息まで聞こえ、同室に居るような気持ちにまでなりました。私は音に関しては神経質ではありません。それに階段が急で気を抜くと危険です。 不安な面もありますが、それでもまた泊まってもいいホテルです。
