'Fantastic and friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub area. Hotel sink clogged easily but because the stopper was stuck in a weird position where the rubber portion blocked most of the drain. Delicious hot breakfast buffet. Decent beverage selection for free happy hour. Good hotel in an ok area. Felt safe but a lot of transient people present outside of the property so uncertain if that is a Chico thing or not. '

'Room was clean and comfortable. We loved the restaurant options. The food was very good, and prices were fair. Overall, a very nice place to stay while visiting friends who live near the casino on our trip down from Oregon.'

'The pool needed some attention. The pool deck was very dirty, the water surface needed a skimmer, and we had to go to the office to request towels. '

'The staffs here are very friendly and they provide water and hiking snacks too. Everything is so considerable and friendly. Will 10000% recommend here '

'Laten we beginnen met de 2 positieve punten, ruime kamer, lekker bed. Dat was het dan. Nare vervelende dames bij de receptie, totaal niet behulpzaam en arrogant. Kamerpasje deed het steeds niet en in plaats van verontschuldiging, kregen we een grote bek dat wij niet goed met de pasjes omgingen. Ontbijt ook vreselijk, slecht, armoedig buffet met geschifte melk in de koffie. Zwembad ook niet schoon en klein. Wij komen hier nooit meer.'

'Arrived just before midnight. Check-in was easy, staff was very welcoming. Nice modern touches, but there were a few issues. The bathroom doorknob was very loose and nearly fell off. It looks like the room had been broken into in the past with damage to the doorframe with a poorly made repair and obvious relocation of the upper door lock (made me wonder how safe this location was). Lots of breakfast options, but most were slim pickings when we got there, 30 minutes before breakfast ended.'
