The management company team was great on the ready with being available when needed, and understanding of our unique set up for the nearby ice arena week-long event.Only comment was check in procedure didn't come in till morning of arrival and morning of departure. 'This is a really great place to stay - very cute and the location is just perfect. We enjoyed the public transportation and the walking distance to the Art Museum. Only issue was that they advertised it for 3 people, but they didn't have any bed sheets for the inflatable bed, no comforter, nothing. And they were not able to provide this. Luckily, we figured it out, but if you are traveling with your kid or need a bed for a third person, please check with them ahead of time.'
