'This was a great little house just minutes from the beach.'

'A very nice efficiency. It was clean, the bed was good, 2 tv’s, the bath was clean with good water pressure, and the kitchenette was adequate for our needs. The location is walking distance to Pier Park and other restaurants. The only negative is there is not a good view of the beach due to it being ground floor, however the pool is right out the door '

It’s less than a 2 minute walk from your room to the sand, the tool is amazing, and every employee I’ve ran into at this resort is super friendly. 10/10 recommended to anyone looking for some beach fun!'

'This place is right on the beach which was really great! Parking can be a little challenging on site, but there is additional parking across the street. Heavy traffic on the main road in front. Pros: Location Laundry on site Cold AC Large comfy couch to hang out on. 'Everything was fine. The value for getting a studio was worth it. It’s not perfect, but we enjoyed it.'

'Feel like the photos were misleading. Paint chipped walls, flooring coming apart, only view was of the highway, after staying we walked out with a bunch of bumps/ Bug bites. Overall not a good experience and do not recommend.'
