'Outdoor was beautifull'

'When there for the two restaurants and spa that they advertise on the property. Out of the three days I was there, I couldn’t use any of the amenities because it was already fully booked. With the exception of the bartenders and one staff member, the staffing was rude and not helpful. The place is overpriced and not worth it. You can find cheaper hotels around the area.'

'Overall nice hotel but the room was definitely way too small, amenities are okay, staff is not friendly besides one of the bartenders sadly one good employee doesn’t do the rest justice. Nice amenities, gym, bar and roof top pool. All of it on the smaller side so expect it to be a bit crowded. Felt a bit overpriced for what the room was..'

'De ligging van het hotel is prima. Aan het strand en dichtbij restaurants. Het appartement was ook ruim voor 5 personen. Alleen misten wij een eettafel met stoelen in de kamer. We hebben nu op het balkon gegeten, maar als het slecht weer is, is dat niet mogelijk. De geur in het appartement is niet prettig, wellicht komt dit door het schoonmaakmiddel? Jammer dat de strandstoelen niet bij het hotel horen en je die dus moet huren (35 dollar per 2/dag). '

'The staff in the front desk weren't too friendly.The breakfast room was too small for a big hotel.When I was showering the body wash ran out.And the air conditioner wasn't working too well beacause I was sweating at 3 in the morning.'

'I'm already staying at this resort since 2012, and this was the worst night ever. We didn't sleep the whole night because of the extreme noise in the hallway. There were ventilators or something else making a real hard noise. I asked for a room as high as possible, and you gave me one on the second floor with the extreme noise. I understand that you cannot guarantee a room on a certain floor, but if you pay this kind of money for a 4 star resort, you expect a room where you can sleep during...

'The location of the hotel is perfect; near the Pier. Before you can park your car in the garage it’s not easy to collect your parking card/room card. Only 2 parking spots temporarily available. Lively neighbourhood, clean rooms and basic breakfast. The only noise you hear on the hallway is the icecube machine. Overall 8 out of 10'
