Ended up refunding me and providing an extra credit to use for a rebook - but nothing was available for the timeframe I was down here in St Pete; fortunately I was able to stay with friends, but that should Not have happened. Poor service from the host. Great service from VRBO, but no help due to the events going on in town so no availability.'

'I was extremely disappointed with this property. There was mold visible on the outside of the door, and the inside floors were absolutely filthy and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. The bathtub had pubic hair in it, and the shower was also dirty and unsanitary. I called to report the issues and requested to be moved to a different property. The representative who answered said she would call me back, but I didn't receive a return call until six hours later. By that time, I had no...

'The air conditioning worked great and the extras like toothbrushes, coffee pods/creamer, etc were great! Very clean and Dawn was wonderful. I would suggest updating the Check Out time because it said 11:00a online but when the info sheet when you get to the condo says 10:00a. We could have used that extra hour. Great location!'

'Great location. One block from beach, restaurants and pier. Communal pool was a bonus. Not sure if enough shade/sunbeds during busy periods? Saying that we had no issues. Would have liked the picture in the bathroom to be replaced with shelving/cabinet as very tight in there. Bed/pillows was fantastic.'
