'You can’t go wrong staying here. The staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. This hotel is centrally located so you can park your car and walk around the old town area. This was our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance.'

'This is a beautiful historic inn. Shout out to Sandra, Brett and Veronica in the spa which is peaceful and well stocked. Robes are grubby looking but very warm whuch was needed. There was a scheduling mix up but the staff worked quickly to compensate for the inconveience. The check in desk was often busy. Lots of standing around and trying to fill out forms in a flimsy folder. Better to have a clip board. Spa was very clean. In the hotel, I saw room service trays and cleaning cloths left...

'Quality Inn Harrisonburg is my go to hotel when visiting my student at JMU. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The staff has always been very helpful and my room has been clean. Continental breakfast is available and there is a good selection. I will continue to stay at this hotel for my future visits.'
