'I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Don Rafa. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re transported into a space curated by people who appreciate art and history. The room was lovely and so comfortable and was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant with its beautiful views. The staff were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable of the history of region. We also liked the close proximity to local shops and the ability to cross over into the Condado region by...

'We arrived at 11:30 am from a cruise. I requested early check in when I booked the room. It didn't matter, we had to wait until 4 p.m. to get our room. The room was very nice. Went to take a shower at 8:30 p.m. and the water was lukewarm. My cousin took a shower the following morning at 5 a.m. and the water was lukewarm.
I requested a taxi for the airport the next morning at 5:30. The taxi was late.'

'My five-night oceanfront stay was deeply disappointing. Rather than feeling welcomed, I experienced repeated poor service that raised concerns about possible racial profiling.
At both Serafina and AOA Oceanfront, I was seated but never served. At AOA, I waited nearly 20 minutes while another family arrived and immediately received water. No one acknowledged me, despite my being ready to order.
After reporting both incidents, I was offered a $75 credit to dine elsewhere on the property. Why...

'The hotel nice and clean. The pool nice. The neighborhood nice with 24 hour supermarket across the street. The only thing I did not like was breakfast was not included in my package and not sure why. So when booking make sure breakfast is included in your package however overall I give it a 10. Thank you.'

'Clean, and very pretty. No elevator, paper thin walls, shower had broken handle, low water pressure and ran out of hot water in less the five min. Staff almost felt bothered when you asked a question. Good bed and tons of shops around but wouldn’t stay again'

'No tea/coffee, shower was luke warm, TV volume was barely audible, texted the property manager about wi-fi, Crystal the property manager did not respond,
The worst part was the outside noise during my 2 night stay- unbearable, so hardly slept, there were no curtains/drapes in my room. It was a terrible stay.
All in all, a terrible stay for over $440 that I paid. I definitely would not never stay here again.'
