'Last weekend we stayed at the Wiveton Bell for two nights. I have to report that the pub has changed hands since we were last there. The room we had was well appointed; a small snug with two easy chairs, coffee table and sideboard ......kettle, coffee machine, magazines etc.... and a separate roomy bedroom with a TV and plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space plus a modern ensuite.  We had several issues regarding the room. 'Beautiful location and bedrooms. However communal area ie. Accommodation stairs and hallway needs attention. Parking can be an issue as anyone can park in pub carpark for free, just to go to the beach for the day.'

'We’ve stayed at the Globe a number of times, and unfortunately this was the worst yet. I think it essentially depends on where you get placed - annex, arch house or in the pub etc, as to what the rooms are like rather than your booking. The room we were in was tiny, thank goodness it was only for one night. The room itself also needs a freshen up/good clean, with splash/dirt marks up the walls and paint chipped. 'Easy check in taken to room which had everything you need very clean, tidy and modern. By the looks of the room it had recently been decorated and perhaps updated been done very nicely. All staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a meal early evening, four of us, different choices and we all enjoyed our meals. Breakfast in the morning was good with a nice choice. Nice garden area with lots of space and tables overlooking the broads, ideal location. Would definitely recommend staying here.'
