'The listing is accurate and communication was great. They even left us a nice welcoming note. What the listing doesn't mention is, the sunrise in the private backyard is excellent. Lots of trees and nature sounds. Very relaxing. This place would be great for a home base to enjoy the finger lakes region.'

'Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.'

Booked the property for the peace of mind of a fenced yard with a dog, who enjoyed roaming around but we would have appreciated the grass cut prior to our arrival. Overall it was a great, peaceful stay we were comfortable, the fire pit was enjoyable and it’s super close to dog friendly vineyards and the state parks.'
