'Comfortable cottage with everything you need for a short stay. The bed was cosy with nice pillows and bed linen, the sofa was comfortable and free view tv was welcome in the evening. 'We have stayed here twice and booked again for next year. Its a lovely house, close to all amenities, very clean and tidy.A couple of issues. No room for our recycling in the bins and rug in the front room was dangerous. 3 of us spilt hot drinks when we went to sit down on the sofe and it slid and knocked us off our feet.But we love it Thank you'

"Highly recommend to stay at Cromwell’s Tap House. It’s located in the heart of Shrewsbury, at walking distance of pretty much everything in town. Only 7 minutes from the train station. The rooms were located on the first floor above the pub. We heard no noise whatsoever, and only in the morning we heard some cars go by, but it was of no nuisance to us. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and there were a lot of amenities like a hairdryer, coffee, tea, and towels. The linen were also very clean. The discount at the pub was a nice bonus; they have a nice selection of beers at good prices."
