'Spacious and comfortable. Great location to access the beautiful Shropshire hills, and also for the shops, cafes and restaurants in Church Stretton. We parked in the side road and didn't need to use our car for the duration of our stay. Thank you for the delicious flapjacks!'

'Lovely charachter cottage. Beautifully styled. Bit tricky to find/parking away from house. Great for older family but steps not good for young children or disabiilities. Quiet but very convenient to pretty market town.'

'Fab house for my family of 7 to celebrate my birthday!Perfect position in the town for cafes, pubs and restaurants and shops. Also close to river where safe to swim which we all enjoyed…highlight as so hot Only down side could not get in till 4pm (3pm would have been more acceptable as would 11am on day of departure instead of 10am) requested but had to pay extra!'

'The cottage was unsafe and dirty. Broken garden chairs which were unsafe to sit on. Two bedrooms were interconnecting which wasn’t mentioned in the advert, there were no windows in the downstairs’ bedrooms. The hob in the kitchen didn’t work, the only kitchen knife was a bread knife, one of the dining chairs was broken, we had to wash cutlery, plates and glasses before using. There were nails and screws perturbing from various places. Mouse droppings on the bedroom floor, dirty bed linen in one...

'Very comfortable house in converted Jackfield Old School. Grandparents had the en-suite bedroom on the second floor and parents and 2 boys had the double and twin bedrooms with family bathroom on the first floor. Open plan kitchen, diner, lounge was perfect for us all and there is a balcony and small garden perfect for eating outside. Walking distance along the river to many attractions in the Ironbridge Gorge as well as a multitude of pubs serving good food.'
