'Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. I didn't have lunch or dinner here so I do not know if it is good, but twice I had the breakfast and I found that I really got excellent quality. The buffet is a mix of East and West, with many warm options such as beef ragout pasta and grilled chicken (if that is what you like) but you also find the traditional Western items there such as cheese, smoked...

'We had a superb stay at Hotel Grand Bach. We had a fabulous corner room, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. We also benefitted from the free drinks package and other perks associated with the corner room.
The location couldn’t have been better for us too, in the heart of things. The staff were very accommodating and arranged the transport of our cases to our next destination in Kyoto, they were in our room when we checked in 24 hours later - superb! '
