'Wir hatten das Haus 6 Monate im Vorfeld gebucht und auch bezahlt. Ab da gab es keine Kommunikation zum Vermieter. Dieser reagierte auf nichts, weder auf FEWO-Chats noch auch Mails. Als wir dort ankamen haben wir das Haus fast nicht gefunden, da keine Beschreibung vorlag. Durch ein Zufall sind wir dann doch vom Vermieter empfangen worden. Dieser war ganz überrascht und hat uns auch nicht erwartet. Angeblich technische Computer-Probleme und es hat ihm dann auch leid getan. Gott sei dank war das...

'The house was lovely and looked just like the photos! We had such a lovely holiday. The pool and the seating area beside it were very relaxing (although there were a couple of broken chairs) and there was a kitchen area with most of the things you need for a holiday stay - fridge, oven/hob, dining tables, cutlery and crockery, etc. Host was welcoming and very helpful on check-in and throughout our stay.
