'Very clean unit & facility. We'll stocked with cookware & tableware. Spacious with extremely nice furnishings. There were a lot of special touches. Will consider staying again. Had 90 year old Mother with us, so elevator was necessary & great to have.'

'I would stay here again and again! Very cozy set up with a completely stocked kitchen and fridge. Host responded quickly with check in information and checked in on us part of the way through our stay. Also conveniently located in a cute neighborhood 5 minutes from southside!10/10'

'Very convenient to a lot of places around Homewood. Quiet neighborhood.'

''Parking spots opened up straight access into ground floor rooms featuring both microwaves alongside fridges inside making location very convenient'

'The property was easy to find and access. The pool was close and very enjoyable. The area is awesome to explore as well. The host responded quickly and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying if you're coming to the area.'

'Convenient location'

'Son had a baseball tournament in the area. This place was perfect! Plenty of room for the two of us, clean, and quiet. Washer/dryer and full kitchen were great for our needs, and communication with the host was outstanding. Will definitely be back if we play in Birmingham again!'

'We were not able to stay at our reserved place. The host called us the day before and told us that the heat went out in the property we had reserved, and could not be fixed in time. However, the host owns other properties in Birmingham, and so gave us other options. We were satisfied with the replacement. The host gave us a refund on the price difference.Consequently, this five star rating is for the customer service, not for the property listed, since I cannot comment on that.'
