'Fantastic-inside and out. So much to do and so well laid out. '

'The house and property were amazing! We loved all 15 family members being able to sit together at the dinner table! The kitchen was well appointed. There was plenty of room for multiple kitchen helpers at the same time. The rushing river was the hidden gem of the trip! 'Pros: Space, views, location. The view is spectacular. Good space for entertaining a family and having meals at home. 'Wow, stunning house and location! We had 11 adults in our group and it was a perfect fit. The views from the house were amazing and we were minutes from RMNP entrance plus only a short drive to Grand Lake. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Kami was a FANTASTIC host and gave us great tips for trails, hikes and activities. The moose in the back yard was nothing short of incredible!!! Highly recommend, would love to come back!'

'This condo was very conveniently locate close to the main and auxiliary bus lines with adequate parking and amenities. The only issue was with many cracked and chipped dishes (notified manager and being replaced, I think) and dirty cookware that was easily cleaned. I assume the manager will address with the cleaning crew. Elevator was out of service, but only one flight up. We enjoyed our stay. '

'This house checked all the boxes! Out of the nine of us, there were seven adults, and none of us had to sleep in a twin or bunk bed. There was plenty of space for board games as well as space for those who wanted quiet time. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, and we were near hiking and other activities. A great, memorable trip for the family. '
