'Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Room was clean, ice machine worked and air was cold enough. Tv had channels that actually had something on I'd watch. Breakfast was there, juice was warm, they had no extra pillows when I asked.'

'The first out of three rooms we looked at had blood stains, dirty mattress, sheet stained, smelled dirty and mildewed. My son has allergies and they started acting up upon entering the hotel and worse’s just going into the room. The second room had toilet stains, dirty sheets, and smelled also. At this point I contacted the guest service lady. She let us see another room on a different floor and it was in the same shape. 'Maria’s B&B is located in a cozy house in a peaceful neighborhood. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated and large. The place overall felt really clean also. Breakfast was more than we could’ve dreamt of with Maria preparing homemade muffins and frittata for us. Maria is super friendly and accommodating. We left feeling full and well-rested, would definitely recommend staying here!'

'Excellent hotel for our visit to The Creation Museum. Free self parking, located on the Ohio River and rental bikes available made this a great hotel to stay in. We rented a one bedroom suite which gave us a lot of room to relax in.'

'Breakfast is the best part of this hotel. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. However: 1) The water dispenser in the Fitness room would not dispense water. The gentleman Kyle at the front desk was able to resolve this situation within 30 mins. 2) The thermostat "display" on our 1st floor room did not show the essential details. 3) The window on the 1st floor room were not locked when we arrived. 4) The Fitness room was apparently in the process of being remodeled. Lots of dust...

'Beautiful home. Charles, the grounds keeper, was excellent. My only suggestion is to put some kind of handle bar on the wall in the shower, to hang onto when necessary. Other than that, I highly recommend this place'
