'peaceful, quiet location. close enough to Hot Springs to do whatever we wanted (races, shopping, sightseeing). No traffic issues. And the on sight manager was super nice.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Old Bear Creek. The home was clean and so much room. We enjoyed having multiple tables .. we played many games of dominos and other games. The pool was wonderful! Then at night we hung out on the patio and watched the Perseid meteor showers! We hope to return next year!'

Close to lake and boat ramps(rabbit tail-5 mins /northshore marina-15 mins.), but a bit from town(blue springs-24mins./hots springs village-34mins/hot springs-49mins.)so get gas, ice, etc. prior. Comfortable beds, great ac, kitchen has plenty and big enough for group. Board games, card games, crockpot available also. The host is also very friendly. Would return if giving the opportunity. '

'Inside this rental house was totally awesome. Clean, fresh look. Wish my house looked this good on the inside. Soooo much better than motel. Just needs to upgrade on bedding pillows. Some would want a tv in bedroom, however, we were not used to that, so the big tv in living area was plenty. We didn’t spend much time outside except for some strolls. Could have been a little better upkeep on outdoor areas. The breezeway is awesome. Just needs lots of seating and visiting/ bird watching...
