'It was a very well kept property. The rooms were clean and staff was hospitable. The only thing we would have liked that was NOT included was a continental breakfast. They did have a restaurant attached that served breakfast. It was just an extra expense we weren’t anticipating. Otherwise, extremely happy with our stay.'

'Leuke accommodatie voor een nacht in Sioux Falls. De Falls zelf vielen wat tegen, echt een aangelegd park, een prachtige kathedraal (wel een flinke klim) qua hotel is het prima. Goede bedden, schoon, prima badkamer en fijne douche. Ergerlijk is wel het overdag continue aanwezig zijn van de toeterende treinen, want er zijn veel onbewaakte overgangen, maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. Ontbijt prima en een compliment voor de (72 jarige) ontbijtzaalmedewerker. Dat doet ze prima! '

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'Room worked for what we needed it for which was for a concert at the Denny. It was within walking distance and cheaper than other places around. It’s definitely dated but it wasn’t a terrible stay. It sounded like a train was approaching when we flushed our toilet but it just made us giggle because someone would always yell “ALL ABOAAAARD”. The staff were all friendly and helpful. No major complaints, but nothing fancy, which is alright'

'This place was terrible and I would not ever return! The outside doors did not lock. The building inside was in disrepair. The pool was closed for maintenance. The first room we were given smelled like wet dog (carpeting). The second room smelled better but was older and had blood stains outside the bathroom door. There were no screens on our second floor windows - really not safe when traveling with children. The exercise area had broken equipment. Breakfast was cold options. The front desk...

'Arrived with people outside staring at us as we unpacked the car went inside to check in and took forever to find the guy behind the desk. Turns out he was sitting ln the couch by the desk not watching. Checked in as got to the room to find water all over the floor from the freezer. Looked more into the room and saw the mirror was broken and the bathroom door was boarded up from being kicked in.could not stand the smell of the room. Would never stay here'
