'I did not try the tub or pool I got in late and just needed a place to sleep for the night. Dara at the front desk was helpful and quick the room was clean and comfortable. Of course there was some wear in the elevator and hall but it was clean is what mattered most to me. It was also just minutes from the airport.'

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'De kamer was schoon, fijn bed. Schoonmaakservice is op aanvraag, wat ons betreft geen probleem. Ontbijt is beperkt, maar voldoende. Brood, bagels, muffins, cereals, fruit, Griekse yoghurt, koffie, thee en jus d'orange.'

'We stayed one night at The Dakota in Sioux Falls as a stopover before heading to Chicago, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the room was spacious — exactly what you need after a long day on the road. The lady at reception was exceptionally kind and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. Check-in did feel noticeably longer than at other places we’ve stayed during our trip even though the guest checking in in front of us was mostly done, but...
