'Our room was very clean and beds were super comfortable. The hotel has a large outdoor patio with a great view of the river and access to the rec path. It’s also within walking distance to everything you'd want to do, see and eat downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a great restaurant and Starbucks on-site as well!'

'Brenda the mngr gave me a rm that was out of order. It smelt so bad I’d get ill/headache. When I asked for a new rm, there was none & they didn’t care. The maintenance man said the rm was out of order because of a flood they had in the bathroom & wasn’t supposed to be given out & he said Brenda knew that. 'Leuke accommodatie voor een nacht in Sioux Falls. De Falls zelf vielen wat tegen, echt een aangelegd park, een prachtige kathedraal (wel een flinke klim) qua hotel is het prima. Goede bedden, schoon, prima badkamer en fijne douche. Ergerlijk is wel het overdag continue aanwezig zijn van de toeterende treinen, want er zijn veel onbewaakte overgangen, maar daar kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. Ontbijt prima en een compliment voor de (72 jarige) ontbijtzaalmedewerker. Dat doet ze prima! '

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'This is as close to a third world hotel as I’ve seen, and I’ve been to a lot of third world countries. The entire hotel smells. One guest was at reception when I checked in and said he couldn’t stay there due to the smell. The room was dirty and bathroom amenities were virtually non-existent. I could go on but you get the picture. Steer well clear of this place.'

'Room very clean but they barely keep pool towels have to ask if they put any out it’s on 2 maybe 3 and the pool can be full and they know they need more because I seen them walk in and put 2 towels out and never came bk otherwise everything very comfy and clean'

'Our bed had sheets with stains and the room in general was not clean. The door to the room was not selfclosing. We had to slam it or it wouldn't shut. Pool was overchlorinated and no towels available. It was an ok stay but wouldn't recommend it.'
