'If I could give more stars to this Hotel I would. It was absolutely perfect. Check in was super easy. The room wad enormous and we loved it. Great shower. Tons of room. Was a 2 min walk to the Falls and a ton of great restaurants. Everyone I encountered that worked at the hotel was beyond nice and friendly. We were there for one night and honestly wished we could have stayed longer.'

'Dirty hotel, staff couldn’t be bothered. Room was not cleaned during our stay. Frontdesk told us that that was the new post COVID policy. We asked for clean towels. When we returned after dinner the towels were in the hallway in front of our door, just thrown on the dirty carpet. Coffeemaker at the entrance did not work for almost a day because it needed cleaning. At a certain point we asked the frontdesk. She replied that she would clean it in 10 minutes. Right. It took until the next day....

'Property was run down. Missing cushion in the couch, elevators not working, leak in the pool, fixing ceiling during busy weekend stay. Rooms were not cleaned well before check in.'

'I liked the decorations and the atmosphere. The person who checked us in was very polite and inviting. The hotel at large and the room smelled good. I was awaken three separate time by dogs barking and had a difficult time falling back to sleep with the mini fridge making noises most of the night. The hand towel had blue toothpaste on it and our was white so it seemed as if they were not changed out. My daughter appreciated being able to grab a bite to eat at breakfast before her...

'DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! 1. They moved someone else into my room after I checked in. 2. They charged me AGAIN for the room I already paid for through Expedia when I CHECKED-IN. And refuse to refund it. 3. Pool was under maintenance. 4. The room they originally put me in matches the pictures, when I had to be moved, we were put in a room where the toilet didn’t flush, junk in the shower drain, tiles coming off wall, hole behind toilet, and other issues. 5. When I asked for refund and cancel...

'They cancelled my room the morning before due to "overbooking". It left me in a very difficult spot. the 3 stars are because I had to submit something. '

'Top hotel. Gezellig terras aan het water met een open haard. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Fijne bedden en een top ontbijt. Alles werd goed schoongemaakt en aangevuld. Hotel krijgt van ons een 10. Beste hotel van onze road trip van Minneapolis naar Yellow Stone Park en terug. '
