'Room was very clean and housekeepers were excellent. Grounds were beautiful and all staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a few minor glitches, such as Jacuzzi at pool not heating up, buttons on room phone not aligning with the stated departments, and poor internet the last couple of days, making it difficult to reach Embajadores staff.'

'This is a hidden GEM! Beautiful atmosphere with zen vibes. The hosts were kind, welcoming and helpful. The room basic but very clean and well appointed. The FREE breakfast was amazing. The biggest challenge was getting there using an airport taxi. Have Mapquest available to help them! I highly recommend !'
