'Nice and spacious apartment in the center of Savannah. The apartment was in the style of the city. We stayed in this apartment for four nights. We had everything we needed, except a wasmachine and drier (it will be a nice feature, not only for the people who are staying at the apartment, but also because the used towels started to smell achter few nights). The parking next to the apartment was great and save.'

I don't watch TV, so I can't comment regarding the TV/cable equipment in the living room and bedroom. In other reviews the "upstairs neighbors" were loud, but I didn't notice anything in particular. It was a very sweet, clean, peaceful visit for me.'

'A lot of time and care went into rehabbing the property and it is in excellent condition with up to date furnishings and amenities. It is a two-story with bedrooms, full bath, and stacked washer and dryer upstairs. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. We had no problem finding free parking on Price Street very close to the rental. Aaron, from the property management service was great with communication; before, during, and after the stay. We would book there again,...

'Stay was great! Slept like a baby. Back yard is super cute and love that it’s fenced. Convenient to the park (farmers market on Saturday) and a short drive to “downtown.” Will definitely stay here again. '

'The apartment was located on the second floor of an old Victorian house and had everything we needed. Off street parking was never a problem. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. The location was ideal. It was only a ten minute walk to the DOT free bus line and downtown and a 15 minute walk to Forsythe Park. '
