'Communication with Kara was great. The house has a great setup for a larger family. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth to the beach. I would recommend this if you’re carrying chairs, beach bag and a cooler with you. It is walkable but tough with all the above. '

'Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!'

'We had a wonderful stay at Bali Cottage! The house is so perfect, spacious, modern, clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Beautiful fireplace outside, less than 5 min easy walk to the beach. Gated community. Parked right at the house. Quiet well maintained family community. We will definitely be back!!'

'Home is cute and sweetly stocked take home goodies. Bring your own K cups if you want to brew coffee at house. It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. '
