'We left early. No hot water in bathroom. No tv. Insects in every room, spiders, mosquitos, millipedes, beetles, cobwebs in all the windows and musty air throughout. Bugs dead in non-working jacuzzi. Paint cans in garbage bags and rugs piled behind property. This place is not as advertised and needs to be cleaned up.'

I was surprised at the size of the tiny kitchen but it had everything we needed. I wasn't expecting to walk through the front door into a bedroom but it worked out fine. We would stay again. '

'Situated in Butney Springs, this was a great place to stay while I visited family. The property owners were very nice and friendly. The property grounds were being improved, with good progress made while I was there. There was no stress, plenty of space to sit outside and relax to listen to birds sing. 'So quiet and secluded but only a short drive to town. Had everything I needed. Appreciate the drip coffee pot (I'm not fond of coffee pods), walk-in shower and washer/dryer. Great view from the deck of the beautiful landscape, pine trees and wildlife. Roomy, clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable. I would rent again and probably will next year for more than just two days. '

The kitchenette did not lack anything and the bathroom was fully stocked with fluffy towels, a hairdryer, magnifying mirror etc… I felt safe and comfy as a solo traveller. '
