'Convenient location with food, brewery, & park nearby. Close to Burlington yet away from the crowds. Breakfast buffet was varied and very good. Common areas have a chill vibe. Host was welcoming. Place was super clean. Bed was comfortable. Would like to visit again with more time to explore the area. '

'This is a brand-new hotel, super clean, the room we stayed in was huge and well-equipped; full-size bath products, great bed, high quality linens etc. There is a free covered garage and a decent complementary breakfast (coffee, tea, juices, cereals, yogurt, fruit, boiled eggs). There are several nice restaurants and cafes nearby. This was our stop on the way to Montreal, and we're glad we found this place.'

'Overall the stay was ok. If In had brought my children, we would have not checked in. Checked in—smelled of weed upon walking in. Hallways smelled of pet pee. Pool was closed. Outside many homeless people (they did not bother anyone) but as a single female traveler it wasn’t the most comfortable at night. Rooms clean.'

'property was fine. The extra $5.00 charge on my credit card was annoying. Claimed it was for internet use. I did not choose to upgrade to faster internet. Used it only briefly and did not want or need higher speed. I do not appreciate being charged extra for internet use. We will think seriously about using Choice hotels when they sneak extra charges on your bill.'

'First of all the light when we walked into our room didn’t work and it was very dark so that was dangerous. On the outside of our room there were garbage bags that were open. We didn’t use the continental breakfast because it was pouring rain and we would have had to walk to it. It seemed all the guests were bringing in dogs!!!! The set up inside was nice and the bed was very comfortable.'

'We stayed for 3 nights and this was our first trip to Vermont. The location was very good and there was plenty of parking space. We expected some warm continental breakfast but only donuts and coffee&teas. The room was enough space and easy to access but little old and it was little bit smelly. We enjoyed warm swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Anyway we enjoyed our staying in Burlington and want to come back again in autumn or in winter again. But I may stay in other hotels next time even pay little...

'We were welcomed by very warm and kind folks at the inn. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and property as a whole. Breakfast was great! Fruits and danishes were left out for guests.'

'Breakfast included an alternating choice of omelets as well as sausage (sometimes with a turkey sausage option), cubed home fried potatoes, sausage gravy (and biscuits if they hadn't run out), various breads and muffins, cereals, and a pancake machine. Staff frequently checked and refilled offerings. When checking in, I was offered the chance to display a tag for no maid service in exchange for extra points. I put it up for the first day since I hadn't had a chance to mess things up that soon....
