'Amazing hotel in all regards. Really enjoyed our stay. Lovely area, nice walks nearby, great hotel rooms and restaurants. Clean, very nicely furnished. Superb service from staff. Great food in the Hancock Kitchen (less formal of the 2 restaurants) - didn’t eat at the more formal one. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for many many years. Encourage anyone to visit.'

'Prachtige locatie met mooie groene omgeving. Nette kamers goed voorzien en snel en makkelijk inchecken . Zeker een aanrader voor romantisch uitje met zijn 2tjes. We waren er eigenlijk alleen als pitstop ok te slapen maar we komen zeker weer eens terug.'

'A nice spacious hotel, staff were friendly and polite. A great breakfast with plenty of options. Only thing that I was disappointed with was the lack of Disabled parking bays near the entrance to the reception area. I noticed only 1 car displayed a blue badge in the disabled bays so this wasn't being monitored. '

'Location good as we came to go to a family party in Castor. Rooms spacious, furnishing basic We booked for a party of 8, however there were only 6 dining chairs, 6 metal knives and only 5 mugs, of which one had a broken handle. So, provision of equipment was not adequate for the party size booked. There was no check-in information provided. A code for the key safe was e-mailed and sent via text at 1pm of day of arrival, but we had no notice that this was to be the process and we had to chase...
